2. Retainers and Package Options
Full-year business advisory packages (e.g., for foreign investors):
Inclusive advisory that covers structure planning, compliance, licensing, HR/tax, and includes a free company secretary service—for RM 18,000/year
Remote CFO services:
On-assignment: RM 250/hour
Retainer plan: RM 2,500/month (advisory via messaging, one monthly meeting, financial review)
Advanced CFO role: Custom quoted depending on leadership level
3. Fixed Fees for Valuation & Financial Modeling
For smaller businesses or startups:
Valuation with simple DCF modeling: RM 5,000–15,000
For mid-sized companies:
Comprehensive financial modeling and diligence: RM 15,000–50,000
For large corporations or IPO-scale work:
Detailed valuations and modeling: RM 50,000–200,000+
IPO/regulatory valuations: up to RM 300,000+
Some firms also offer lighter “calculation-only” options—around RM 3,000–6,000 when full reporting isn’t needed
4. Advisory for Incorporation & Compliance (Add-Ons)
In addition to incorporation packages (RM 1,500–3,000), business advisory add-ons can cost RM 1,000–5,000, depending on depth of the strategy—such as market entry plans for foreign entities
